If you want to waive your interview it says in Point no 2 that we have to be a local citizen or permanent resident of country where submitting the application.
My question is i am a temporary canadian resident on work permit with indian passport. Am I eligible to interview waiver program? When do you suggest me to apply for visa again like before expiring or after ?
