Interview Waiver for B1/B2 Visa for Having Expired F1 Visa

I want to apply for a B-1/B-2 Visa to attend a conference in
Florida, USA, this year.

I previously held an F-1 Visa that expired in August 2023 and I returned to
my home country in December 2022 after completing my degree.

Am I eligible for an interview waiver/drop-box facility if I apply for a
tourist visa in August 2024 in my home country?
