If the visa interviewer asks me when did you graduate?

Sir,
1)I have to complete my bachelors in 2022, due to two backlogs. I cleared it in 2023. So my graduation year on my PC is 2023, So if he asks me can I say 2023. If yes, there is any problem with that?
If he asks me why 5 Years can you suggest me any answers?

There is no problem with it. Many successful students have taken more than the typical time. The Visa approval chances are driven by how well you interview. Neither of those universities will offer a particular advantage or disadvantage.
