How can show proof of funds when my father is sponsoring my entire education?

My father is sponsoring me for my entire MS in USA and he owns a business. He have 72,000 USD which is my i20 amount in his savings account that I can use for my first year of MS. and he also owns a business and 5 crore(in indian currency) worth of share in an another leather company and own few real estate worth of 50 lakhs(indian currency). The question is,

  1. Would it be enough to establish mine and my father’s financial ability to fund my education in US? also,

  2. What kind of documents I can submit to prove my father financial standing?. I already have sponsorship letter and affidavit of support from father.

can I have submit his ITR for last 3 years and documents stating his share in the company?
